Tourist organization of Bijelo Polje visited 37th Belgrade International Tourism Fair IFT 2015, which was held from 19th to 22th February 2015. The fair was visited by 1,100 exhibitors from 50 countries. In hall 1 of the Belgrade Fair, except the National Tourism Organization, were present local tourism organizations of Budva, Bar, Podgorica, Tivat, Cetinje, Ulcinj, Kotor, Niksic, Zabljak, Berane, Pljevlja, Mojkovac, Regional Tourism Organisation Bjelasica and Komovi, hotel companies ,, Budva Riviera “, ,, Montenegro stars”, ,, Ulcinj Riviera “, the Regent Porto Montenegro, “Queen of Montenegro”, Simo Milosevic Institute of Igalo, hotel Ramada and national transporter Montenegro Airlines.
First children’s ski school on the mountain Bjelasica will be organized within the project, valorization of the northern part of Bjelasica, which belongs to municipality of Bijelo Polje and that will be open to the tourism offer, where the planned construction of ski lifts and ski slopes.
This development project is one of the most important capital investments that are realized in Bijelo Polje. The project also provided objects for summer and winter tourism, which along with the mountain lodge on Cmiljače and more products of healthy food in surrounding villages under the mountain, help to create and promote a sustainable, competitive development, primarily for the benefit of the locals.
Last weekend there was a First Holy bike race, which was driven from the monastery Kumanica to the monastery of St. Peter and St. Paul. Victory went Demir Mulić, cyclists of Ciclomon, who left behind his club comrades Armin Mulić second and Dina Ramović in third place. Brilliant ride and excellent time to ensure he was fourth in the race, said the cadet Milia Gojak, also a member of Ciclomont.
